Stand post
Stand post made of robinia plywood, cylindrically milled, Ø 120 mm. Unprotected end grain areas are covered with non-removable stainless steel post caps.
Pipe stand made of stainless steel for the foundation and support of robinia round wood posts, Ø 120 mm, below the playing level.

Platform floor
Platform floor made of boards, 30 mm thick and circumferential squared timber beams 45 x 100 mm. The dried robinia sawn timber is planed, chamfered and free of rotten branches. Non-positive floor fastening using special stainless steel brackets with a continuous bolt screw connection. Pump platform additionally with profiled stainless steel sheet and prepared for mounting the valve combination included in this water feature system. The valve combination will be located immediately below the pump platform. An additional shaft for the valve combination is therefore not required.

Water pump for direct connection to a water pipe, suction pipe connection 1 ¼ inch (pipe diameter at least ¾ inch)
Welded stainless steel construction, encapsulated pump housing, pump mechanics with roller and plain bearings, upper pump housing with handwheel must, for example, during removed during the frost period.
Closing cover (“wintering plate”) for the remaining lower pump part is included.

Valve combination 1 1/4″ with hygiene flush (installed below the platform floor)
Device for directly connecting the water pump to a pressurized water line with a fine filter to clean the water from suspended matter, dirt particles, etc. in order to prevent the membrane valves from becoming dirty and thus prevent malfunctions.
Including K&K hygiene flushing: Device for the automatic flushing of the wiring harness between the valve combination and K&K water pump with time control and check valve, designed for flushing a maximum of 30 m DN 40. Control unit consisting of control module, waterproof welded 6V battery. Factory setting of the hygiene flush to a 12-hour cycle.
The valve combination should be connected by a specialist installation company.

Welded stainless steel construction with mounting device for the foot bearing of the water spiral. Water inlet directly below or above the pipe ring. Sheet thickness: min. 2 mm / tube Ø 38 mm. Water drain opening closed by cylinder screw. A suitable ring foundation (15168) for anchoring to the flange ring and shaped stones (15169) for building up and compensating for height differences or for secure foundations in loose fall protection (sand, fine gravel, etc.) can be supplied for an additional charge.

Welded stainless steel construction with elevation and water trough. Sheet thickness: min. 2 mm. Water wheel consisting of 12 blades, bevelled on the front side and enclosed by side walls. Wheel bearing with maintenance-free roller bearings.

Metal components: stainless steel. The robinia wood is treated with a water-repellent, breathable protective coating. In addition to protecting against moisture, this treatment reduces cracking. The modular add-on parts transmit their forces directly into the support posts via a special adapter fastening. The screw connections are secured against unauthorized loosening by cover caps.
