PAVING SOLUTION

All weather surfacing

Our FlexiPath solution is a resin bound paving ideal for any Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SuDS). FlexiPath’s free draining properties means it performs particularly well for golf tracks.

Every golf course needs a reliable network of paths and access routes, which traditionally have been formed from loose stone.

Check out TigerTrak for more options for your golf course pathways.

Features

Composition

FlexiPath is a mixture of decorative stone aggregate and rubber granules, bound with a unique and immensely strong polyurethane binder.

Mixed up and wet-laid on site, the polyurethane binder locks the aggregates together to provide a tough and hard-wearing path which is both flexible and incredibly strong.

Base Construction

FlexiPath can either be laid at 25mm depth, when the sub base should be open textured tarmacadam or no fines concrete, or at 40mm depth, when it can be laid directly onto well a well prepared aggregate foundation.

Repairs & Maintenance

If weed growth occurs within the FlexiPath, treat with a glyphosate based weed killer. Damaged surfaces can be patched. We recommend this is carried out as soon as possible to prevent the damaged area becoming any larger.

Redlynch Leisure Logo

Why Redlynch?

We are one of the oldest established polymeric (resin bound rubber) surfacing companies in the UK, having been established in 1997, with the principals entering the industry in 1991. During that time, we have installed literally millions of square metres of polymeric surfacing.

The company started as a playground safety surfacing company and is still one of the UK’s largest installers of these surfaces. But since 2010, we have also been plying our trade on golf courses, so that we are probably the UK’s leading installer of polymeric golf pathways and buggy tracks and rubberised bunker liners.

We have worked for a multitude of courses across the country and abroad, as well as all the country’s leading golf contractors. The courses include Royal Wimbledon, Sunningdale, Selby, Bedfordshire, Piltdown, Mid Kent, Wrotham Heath, Llanishen, Neath, Dinas Powys, Langland Bay, Forest Edge, Highgate, South Herts, Essenden, Farnham, Farley, Prestbury, Rowlands Castle, Walton Heath, Badgemore, Bristol and Clifton and many, many others.

Wrotham Heath Golf Club

We are pleased with the service received from Redlynch Leisure with no hard sell tactics, just a genuine commitment to solve the problems related to us. Comments from our members have been very complimentary.

Head Groundsman Springs Golf Club, Wallingford

We currently have 3 large paths completed by Redlynch. The ground work, quality, professionalism of staff and durability of the paths is second to none. I would highly recommend any golf club looking at this product. The feedback from my members and guests has been fantastic. We are working on a schedule to complete more paths over the coming years based on how good this product is.

Andrew Minty Langland Bay Golf Club

Thought I would just drop you a message to say that the path looks great and is going down well with the members. Mark and Kev did a really professional job and to a high standard and are a credit to your team (great guys). Thanks again for all your help and time. And hope to do more business with you soon.

Royal Jersey Golf Course

We were looking for a cost effective, zero maintenance and aesthetically pleasing solution to a problematic high wear area directly outside of our clubhouse. Tiger Trak fitted the remit perfectly. Clean, easy to work with and a good use of non recyclable materials. Redlynch made this an easy project to manage and the finished product has received 99% positive feed back from our membership. 10 out of 10.

Course Manager Whiteleaf Golf Club

I have dealt with Gareth and the Team at Adventure Playground Wales for several years. We initially put a plan together with them to improve the pathways around the golf course on a cost effective way to budget the works and also prioritised the pathways to suit our needs.

We have been very impressed with their work, the material and quality is second to none and we have had great reviews from members and guests. The paths are not only aesthetically pleasing, but they work exceptionally well on gradients, they allow water to run off, they are not susceptible to frost in cold conditions and they require very little maintenance. I would highly recommend this company and we plan to work with them a lot more in the future.
