All support posts are made of robinia wood, naturally grown, and have been planed and chamfered.
All wooden parts, including the connecting parts, are made of Robinia wood, planed and chamfered. They are left untreated.
All connecting parts are made of stainless steel or galvanized materials. Only self-locking nuts are used.

Please note that drying cracks are normal in all native hardwoods, even after proper storage and professional treatment. Therefore, drying cracks do not qualify for a warranty claim (see supplementary sheet to the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6).

Please be aware that the warranty does not cover wooden parts installed in bark mulch.
