Ninja Frame Y
The Ninja Frame Y is constructed with a stainless steel frame and posts, providing durability and strength. The wood used for this frame is Robinia, known for its sturdy and resilient properties.
The frame is made from squared stainless steel, ensuring stability and support. It features 12 climbing passages that are connected by frames, allowing for a continuous and challenging climbing experience. Each frame is equipped with horizontal beams and planks made of Robinia, providing a secure and comfortable climbing surface.
To enhance the climbing experience, each frame is equipped with a pair of handles, strategically aligned inside for easy gripping. The climbing passages include various elements, such as swinging timbers attached to ropes and chains, climbing ropes with stainless steel rings, rope ladders aligned transversely, and balance blocks made of Robinia on ropes and chains. Additionally, there is a climbing rope with a balance plate between three frames, three rope ladders with stainless steel bars aligned lengthways, four lion rings made of stainless steel aligned transversely, and a slackline with three ropes made of Hercules rope.
In addition to the climbing passages, there are several small climbing platforms made of Robinia. These platforms are mounted on stainless steel posts at different heights, providing additional opportunities for climbing and exploration.
To ensure longevity and protection, the frames and posts made of stainless steel are coated with a powder coating. This coating not only enhances the appearance but also provides resistance against corrosion and wear.
The Ninja Frame Y is proudly made in Germany, adhering to high-quality standards. All support posts are made of squared stainless steel tube measuring 120x120mm. To meet environmental protection regulations, all stainless steel surfaces are radiated with glass marbles. This process helps to maintain the integrity of the stainless steel while minimizing any negative impact on the environment.
The wooden parts of the Ninja Frame Y are made of Robinia. These parts are planed and chamfered, ensuring a smooth and safe climbing experience. It is important to note that all wooden parts are left untreated, allowing for the natural beauty and characteristics of the wood to shine through.
The connection point between the net/rope and the support posts is achieved through a specifically formed stainless steel fork and a tensible stainless steel chain. This ensures a secure and reliable connection, providing peace of mind during climbing activities. The ropes and nets used in the Ninja Frame Y are made of Hercules rope, known for its strength and durability.
All connecting parts of the Ninja Frame Y are made of stainless steel or galvanized, ensuring longevity and resistance against corrosion. Self-locking nuts are exclusively used to further enhance the stability and safety of the frame.
It is important to note that drying cracks may occur in all native hard woods, including Robinia. These cracks are a natural characteristic of the wood and may appear even after appropriate storage and professional treatment. Therefore, drying cracks do not warrant a warranty claim.
