All support posts are crafted from naturally grown robinia wood.
All wooden parts are made from planed and chamfered robinia wood. They remain untreated.
All connecting parts are made of stainless steel or galvanized materials. Only self-locking nuts are used.

It is normal for drying cracks to appear in all native hard woods, even after proper storage and professional treatment. Therefore, drying cracks do not qualify for a warranty claim (please refer to the supplementary sheet of the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6).

Please note that the warranty does not cover wooden parts installed in bark mulch.
