Litter bin for courtyards. Oskar is an open-top litter bin without a lid, and holds 35 litres. Oskar can either be set in the ground using poured foundations with the 40 mm post (NF2460, or affixed to the wall or an existing post measuring between 105 and120 mm in diameter (NF2463).
