An arch constructed from stainless steel
Wood: robinia

– 1 stainless steel arch, approximately 180cm wide and 165cm tall, with a bending radius of around 90cm
– Sand lift made of stainless steel, approximately 155cm tall, equipped with a stainless steel and rubber bucket chain
– 1 hexagon platform with an opening and hole, measuring approximately 160x180cm, with a height of 40cm
– 4 stainless steel posts
– 1 mud frame made of robinia
– 2 round sand chutes made of robinia
– 1 rectangular sand chute made of robinia
– 1 round sieve, approximately 30cm in diameter, made of perforated stainless steel

All arches are constructed from stainless steel tubes, with a diameter of 101.6mm and a thickness of 3mm. Support posts are made from stainless steel tubes, with a diameter of 101.6mm and a thickness of 2mm.
The visible ends of the posts are securely welded to stainless steel caps.
All stainless steel surfaces are treated with glass marbles in accordance with environmental protection regulations.
The platform is connected to the support posts using stainless steel press-in threaded sleeves.
The platform is fixed in place using concentrically incorporated stainless steel brackets.
All wooden parts are made from planed and chamfered robinia. They are left untreated.
All connecting parts are made from stainless steel or galvanized materials. Only self-locking nuts are used.

Drying cracks are a normal occurrence in all native hard woods, even after proper storage and professional treatment. Therefore, drying cracks do not warrant a claim under warranty. (Please refer to the supplementary sheet from the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6)
