Kobito play combination “Kuli”

Kobito play combination Kuli includes various components made from stainless steel and robinia wood.

– 1 Kobito stage
– 1 square platform measuring 90x127cm with a height of 58cm
– Kobito wall F2 consisting of an arch made from stainless steel with a width of approximately 127cm and a height of approximately 155cm, with a bending radius of approximately 63.5cm. It also includes an HPL wall with a centered, arched window measuring approximately 50cm in width and 60cm in height. Additionally, there are two inclined climbing aids made from robinia positioned underneath the window.

– 1 middle-sized Kobito arch, which includes an arch made from stainless steel with a width of approximately 127cm and a height of approximately 155cm, with a bending radius of approximately 63.5cm.

– 1 Kobito slide made from stainless steel, box-shaped, with a height of 58cm and a width of approximately 100cm. It also includes a curved support tube.

– 1 ramp with a 45° angle, equipped with climbing grips made from synthetic resin.

– 1 inclined climbing net made from Hercules rope, with a small mesh width of approximately 60cm.

– 2 safety ropes made from Hercules rope.

All the arches are made from stainless steel tubes with a diameter of 101.6mm and a thickness of 3mm. The stainless steel surfaces are treated with glass marbles in accordance with environmental protection regulations. The platform is connected to the support posts using stainless steel press-in threaded sleeves, and it is secured with concentrically incorporated stainless steel brackets. All wooden parts are made from planed and chamfered robinia wood, and they remain untreated. The ropes are made from Hercules rope with 6 strands, while the nets are made from Hercules rope with 4 strands, which are spliced. The connection point between the net/rope and the support posts is achieved through specifically formed stainless steel forks and tensible stainless steel chains. All connecting parts are made from stainless steel or galvanized materials, and only self-locking nuts are used.

Please note that drying cracks are normal in all native hard woods, even after appropriate storage and professional treatment. Therefore, drying cracks do not qualify as a warranty claim (refer to the supplementary sheet of the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6).
