Kobito climbing village “Mula”
Kobito Climbing Village Mula features arches constructed from stainless steel and wooden elements made from robinia. The village includes various components such as Kobito stages, square platforms measuring 90x180cm with a height of 20cm, Kobito walls, HPL walls with arched windows and doors, counters made of robinia, play shelves with compartments, connecting balance beams and safety ropes made of Hercules rope, parallel bars made of stainless steel, climbing aids made of robinia, climbing nets, connecting rope harps, and a giraffe’s road called Mula.
All the arches in the village are made from stainless steel tubes with a diameter of 101.6mm and a thickness of 3mm. The stainless steel surfaces are treated with glass marbles to comply with environmental protection regulations. The platform is connected to the support posts using stainless steel press-in threaded sleeves, and it is secured in place with concentrically incorporated stainless steel brackets. The wooden parts of the village are made from planed and chamfered robinia, and they remain untreated. The ropes and nets used in the village are made from Hercules rope with 6 strands. The connection points between the nets/ropes and the support posts are reinforced with specially formed stainless steel forks and tensible stainless steel chains. All the connecting parts in the village are made from stainless steel or galvanized materials, and only self-locking nuts are used.
Please note that drying cracks may occur in the native hard woods used in the village, even after proper storage and professional treatment. These cracks are considered normal and do not warrant a warranty claim (refer to the supplementary sheet of the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6).
