Kobito climbing house “Moya”

Kobito Climbing House Moya features arches made of stainless steel and wood made from robinia. It includes 1 Kobito stage, a square platform measuring 90x180cm with a height of 20cm. The Kobito wall I5 consists of a stainless steel arch approximately 180cm wide and 135cm high, with a bending radius of around 90cm. Additionally, it has an HPL wall with a laterally arched door measuring approximately 50cm wide, along with two small squared windows with cross bars, each sized around 18x18cm.

The Kobito wall C5 also includes a stainless steel arch approximately 180cm wide and 135cm high, with a bending radius of around 90cm. It features an HPL wall with a round hole measuring approximately 75cm in diameter, as well as two small squared windows with rounded corners, sized approximately 23x23cm and 8x8cm.

The structure also includes a climbing net made of Hercules rope, which is placed between and along the arches. All arches are made of stainless steel tube with a diameter of 101.6mm and a thickness of 3mm. The stainless steel surfaces are radiated with glass marbles to comply with environmental protection regulations.

The connection between the platform and support posts is achieved through stainless steel press-in threaded sleeves. Concentrically incorporated stainless steel brackets are used, and all wooden parts are made of planed and chamfered robinia. The wooden parts remain untreated.

The nets are made of Hercules rope with 6 strands, and the connection point between the net/rope and support posts is facilitated by specifically formed stainless steel forks and tensible stainless steel chains. All connecting parts are made of stainless steel or galvanized, and only self-locking nuts are used.

Please note that drying cracks are normal in all native hard woods, even after appropriate storage and professional treatment. Therefore, drying cracks do not warrant a claim. For further information, please refer to the supplementary sheet provided by the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, specifically Note 4.2.7.6.
