Frame Sliding House 1

The frame of the sliding house is constructed using high-quality stainless steel. The wood used for the structure is Robinia.

The frame is made of squared stainless steel, providing a sturdy and durable foundation. A horizontal beam with a robinia plank is included for added support. An arch ladder is also incorporated into the design, making it easy to access the house. Additionally, there are two handles made of stainless steel and two parallel sliding poles.

To ensure longevity and protection, the frame and post made of stainless steel are coated with a powder coating. This coating not only enhances the appearance but also provides resistance against environmental elements.

All support posts are made of squared stainless steel tube measuring 120x120mm. To meet environmental protection regulations, all stainless steel surfaces are radiated with glass marbles.

The connection between the platform/railing and support posts is achieved through stainless steel press-in threaded sleeves. The platform is securely fixed using concentrically incorporated stainless steel brackets.

All wooden parts of the sliding house are made of Robinia. They are planed and chamfered for a smooth finish. It is important to note that all wooden parts are left untreated.

The connection point between the net/rope and support posts is established using specifically formed stainless steel forks and tensible stainless steel chains. The ropes/nets are made of Hercules rope, ensuring strength and durability.

For added durability, all connecting parts are made of stainless steel or galvanized. Self-locking nuts are exclusively used for assembly.

It is important to mention that drying cracks are a natural occurrence in all native hard woods, even after appropriate storage and professional treatment. Therefore, warranty claims cannot be made based solely on drying cracks. (Please refer to the supplementary sheet provided by the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6)
