All support posts are constructed from robinia, a naturally grown wood. The logs are free from sap, planed, and chamfered. It is important to note that drying cracks are common in all native hardwoods, even after proper storage and professional treatment. Therefore, any drying cracks observed do not warrant a claim. (Please refer to the supplementary sheet from the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6)
Please be aware that the warranty does not cover wooden parts installed in bark mulch.
