All support posts are crafted from robinia, a naturally grown wood. The logs are free from sap, planed, and chamfered. It is normal for native hard woods to develop drying cracks, even after proper storage and professional treatment. Therefore, the presence of drying cracks does not warrant a claim. (Please refer to the supplementary sheet from the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6)
Please note that the warranty does not cover wooden parts installed in bark mulch.
