All support posts are made of robinia, which is naturally grown. The logs are free from sap, planed, and chamfered.
All wooden parts, including the walls, are made of Robinia. They have been planed and chamfered. None of the wooden parts have been treated.
All connecting parts are made of stainless steel or galvanized materials. Only self-locking nuts have been used.
Drying cracks are a normal occurrence in all native hardwoods, even after proper storage and professional treatment. Therefore, the presence of drying cracks does not warrant a claim. (Please refer to the supplementary sheet of the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6)
Please note that the warranty does not cover wooden parts installed in bark mulch.
