Ninja Frame Lichtenhaeger II

The frame and posts of this structure are constructed using stainless steel, while the wood used is Robinia.

– The frame is made of squared stainless steel.
– There are four climbing passages that are lined up and connected by frames.
– The dimensions of the structure are as follows: length – 2935cm, width – 210cm, height – 300cm.
– Each frame has horizontal beams with planks made of Robinia.
– Inside each frame, there is a pair of handles attached and aligned.
– The climbing passages consist of the following:
– Four climbing ropes with rings made of stainless steel.
– Three swinging timbers that are attached to climbing ropes and chains.
– Four rope ladders with stainless steel bars, aligned transversely.
– One slackline with three ropes made of Hercules rope, with a length of approximately 200cm.
– There are several small climbing platforms made of Robinia, which are mounted on stainless steel posts at different heights.

The frames and posts made of stainless steel are coated with powder for added protection.

This product is proudly made in Germany! All support posts are made of squared stainless steel tube measuring 120x120mm. The stainless steel surfaces are treated with glass marbles in accordance with environmental protection regulations. The wooden parts are made of planed and chamfered Robinia, and they remain untreated. The connection point between the net/rope and the support posts is achieved through a specifically formed stainless steel fork and a tensible stainless steel chain. The ropes/nets are made of Hercules rope. All connecting parts are made of stainless steel or galvanized, and only self-locking nuts are used.

Please note that drying cracks are normal in all native hard woods, even after appropriate storage and professional treatment. Therefore, drying cracks do not warrant a claim. (Refer to the supplementary sheet for the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6)
