Ninja Frame Dortmund
Ninja Frame Dortmund is a durable and high-quality structure, featuring a frame and posts made of stainless steel. The wood used for this frame is Robinia, known for its strength and durability.
The frame is constructed using squared stainless steel, ensuring stability and longevity. There are 12 climbing passages, which are connected by frames and lined up in a sequential manner. Each frame has horizontal beams with planks made of Robinia, providing a sturdy and reliable climbing surface.
To enhance the climbing experience, each frame is equipped with a pair of handles, aligned inside for easy gripping. The climbing passages consist of various elements, including two small climbing platforms made of Robinia, mounted on stainless steel posts at different heights. Additionally, there are four climbing ropes with stainless steel rings, offering a challenging and engaging climbing experience.
Furthermore, there are five small climbing platforms made of Robinia, mounted on stainless steel posts at different heights. Alongside these platforms, there are four rope ladders with stainless steel bars, aligned transversely. For added excitement, there are four balance blocks made of Robinia, suspended on ropes and chains. Additionally, there are five more small climbing platforms made of Robinia, mounted on stainless steel posts at different heights.
To test balance and coordination, there is a slackline with three ropes made of Hercules rope, with a length of approximately 200cm. For further variety, there are four lion rings made of stainless steel, aligned transversely. Moreover, there are three rope ladders with stainless steel bars, aligned lengthways. Lastly, there are two small climbing platforms made of Robinia, mounted on stainless steel posts at different heights.
The frames and posts made of stainless steel are coated with a powder coating, ensuring durability and protection. This product is proudly made in Germany, with all support posts made of squared stainless steel tube measuring 120x120mm. To meet environmental protection regulations, all stainless steel surfaces are radiated with glass marbles.
All wooden parts of the structure are made of Robinia, planed and chamfered for a smooth finish. It is important to note that all wooden parts are untreated. The connection point between the net/rope and support posts is secured using a specifically formed stainless steel fork and a tensible stainless steel chain. The ropes and nets used are made of Hercules rope.
For maximum durability, all connecting parts are made of stainless steel or galvanized, and only self-locking nuts are used. It is worth mentioning that drying cracks may occur in all native hard woods, even after appropriate storage and professional treatment. Therefore, drying cracks do not warrant a warranty claim (please refer to the supplementary sheet to the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6).
