Kobito play house “Kumo”

Kobito Play House Kumo features arches constructed from stainless steel and wood made from robinia. The playset includes 1 Kobito stage, a square platform measuring 90x180cm with a height of 20cm. The platform is supported by a Kobito wall E5, which consists of a stainless steel arch approximately 180cm wide and 135cm tall, with a bending radius of around 90cm. Additionally, the wall features an HPL wall with a round hole measuring approximately 75cm in diameter and two small square windows with cross bars, each measuring approximately 18x18cm.

Another component of the playset is the Kobito wall L6, which also includes a stainless steel arch approximately 180cm wide and 135cm tall, with a bending radius of around 90cm. This wall is accompanied by an HPL wall with two arched windows, each measuring 50cm in width and 55cm in height. Underneath these windows, there are two counters made of robinia.

Furthermore, the playset includes a play shelf made of robinia with three small compartments. All the arches in the playset are made of stainless steel tube with a diameter of 101.6mm and a thickness of 3mm. The stainless steel surfaces are treated with glass marbles in accordance with environmental protection regulations.

The platform is connected to the support posts using stainless steel press-in threaded sleeves, and it is secured in place with concentrically incorporated stainless steel brackets. All wooden parts of the playset are made from planed and chamfered robinia, and they are left untreated. The connecting parts are either made of stainless steel or galvanized, and only self-locking nuts are used.

It is important to note that drying cracks may occur in all native hard woods, even after proper storage and professional treatment. Therefore, the presence of drying cracks does not warrant a claim under the warranty. For more information, please refer to the supplementary sheet provided by the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, specifically the note on 4.2.7.6.
