Kobito play combination “Kuko”

Kobito play combination Kuko includes various components made of stainless steel and robinia wood.

1 Kobito stage is included in the set. It features a square platform measuring 90x127cm with a height of 40cm.

The Kobito wall D1.a consists of an arch made of stainless steel, approximately 127cm wide and 135cm tall, with a bending radius of approximately 63.5cm. Additionally, there is an HPL wall with a round hole measuring approximately 60cm in diameter, as well as a small squared window with cross bars measuring approximately 18x18cm.

The Kobito wall D2 also includes a stainless steel arch, approximately 127cm wide and 135cm tall, with a bending radius of approximately 63.5cm. It also features an HPL wall with a round hole measuring approximately 60cm in diameter, a small squared window with cross bars measuring approximately 18x18cm, and several climbing holes underneath the window.

A Kobito chicken ladder made of 2 logs with a height of 40cm is included.

The set also includes an arch bridge measuring approximately 180cm in length. The bridge features beams made of stainless steel and two safety ropes made of Hercules rope.

Another Kobito stage is included, featuring a square platform measuring 90x127cm with a height of 58cm.

The Kobito wall D3 consists of a stainless steel arch, approximately 127cm wide and 155cm tall, with a bending radius of approximately 63.5cm. It also includes an HPL wall with a round hole measuring approximately 60cm in diameter, as well as a small squared window with cross bars measuring approximately 18x18cm. Additionally, there are two inclined climbing aids made of robinia underneath the windows.

A middle-sized Kobito arch is also included. It features a stainless steel arch, approximately 127cm wide and 155cm tall, with a bending radius of approximately 63.5cm.

The set includes a stainless steel slide with a box-shaped design and a height of 58cm. The slide has a width of approximately 100cm and features a curved support tube.

A ramp with a 45° angle and climbing grips made of synthetic resin is included.

Two safety ropes made of Hercules rope are also provided.

All components are made in Germany. The arches are constructed using stainless steel tubes with a diameter of 101.6mm and a thickness of 3mm. The stainless steel surfaces are treated with glass marbles in accordance with environmental protection regulations.

The platform is connected to the support posts using stainless steel press-in threaded sleeves. The platform is secured using concentrically incorporated stainless steel brackets.

All wooden parts are made of planed and chamfered robinia wood. They are left untreated.

The ropes used in the set are made of Hercules rope with 6 strands. The connection point between the net and rope and the support posts is achieved through specifically formed stainless steel forks and tensible stainless steel chains.

All connecting parts are made of stainless steel or galvanized. Only self-locking nuts are used.

Please note that drying cracks may occur in all native hard woods, even after appropriate storage and professional treatment. Therefore, drying cracks do not qualify as a warranty claim (cf supplementary sheet to the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6).
