Frame Sliding House 2

The frame of the sliding house is constructed using squared stainless steel, providing a sturdy and durable structure. The horizontal beam features a robinia plank, adding a natural and aesthetic touch to the design. An arch ladder is included for easy access, and the Spiel-Bau slide is box-shaped, ensuring a fun and safe sliding experience.

To enhance the longevity of the frame and posts, a powder coating is applied to the stainless steel surfaces. This not only adds a sleek finish but also adheres to environmental protection regulations. All support posts are made of squared stainless steel tube measuring 120x120mm.

In order to ensure a secure connection between the platform/railing and the support posts, stainless steel press-in threaded sleeves are utilized. The platform is firmly fixed using concentrically incorporated stainless steel brackets.

All wooden components of the sliding house are made from Robinia, which is planed and chamfered for a smooth and polished appearance. It is important to note that all wooden parts are left untreated.

The connection point between the net/rope and the support posts is achieved through a specifically formed stainless steel fork and a tensible stainless steel chain. The ropes/nets are made from Hercules rope, ensuring strength and durability.

All connecting parts are either made of stainless steel or galvanized, and self-locking nuts are exclusively used.

It is important to mention that drying cracks are a natural occurrence in all native hard woods, even after appropriate storage and professional treatment. Therefore, warranty claims cannot be made based solely on drying cracks. (Please refer to the supplementary sheet provided by the German Institute for Standardization EN 1176, Note on 4.2.7.6)
